MLM leaders regularly shared their vision. They let people know where they were going and offered others the opportunity to go along. They clearly thought out where they were going and how they would accomplish their goals.
MLM leaders then shared their vision often and painted the picture so clearly, that people could see it and see themselves being a part of the vision. Because they shared a clear vision, people chose to follow them. Remember people don’t follow people with money, they follow people with vision.
Communication is important in network marketing and MLM leaders that are top earners learned this very early in their careers. If your team does not know about local, regional, national trainings or conference calls they will miss very valuable information as well as opportunities to expose the business to other people.
People headed to top producer status made it a point to communicate clearly and concisely with their teams and on a regular basis.
Prospected and Recruited Regularly
Top producers got to their positions because they actively prospected and recruited others on a consistent basis. MLM leaders understand that the people that got you to one position probably won’t take you to the next position. Why? Because people quit, life gets in the way, they run out of money, etc.
If you want to be like the top income earners, make it a regular habit to always be on the lookout for potential business partners and recruit them.
Presented Their Opportunity Often
Top producers realized that if they wanted to get to the top of their company and be a recognized as a leader, they had to present the opportunity often. You must do the same. Make sure that you learn the compensation plan and present it to as many people on a weekly basis as you can.
Remember, this is a numbers game and the more people that see you opportunity, the more people that will join. To become one of the top MLM leaders, you must be able to do an effective presentation and teach others to do the same.
Invested Time in Others
One of the most critical components of building a successful MLM business is investing time in others. Top MLM leaders learned this early on and they invested time in their team members often. They took time to show others that they cared about them. They spent time getting to know their team members and understanding why they were pursuing network marketing.
Zig Ziglar said it best “People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.”
